Eligibility

Giveaways are open to readers with continental United States shipping addresses only, unless otherwise stated. While most, if not all, giveaways are directed towards nurses, you need not be a nurse to win. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter any drawings on NursingCues.com.

How to Enter

The manner to enter a giveaway will be stated in the actual giveaway post (on this website or social media platform). A limit of one entry is allowed per e-mail address and/or social media account. You may not enter more than once, even if you use a different e-mail address. Entries determined to be submitted with the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses will make you ineligible.

Entry Deadline Date

All entries for giveaways through this website must be received on or before the given “Entry Deadline Date” to be eligible to win a prize. Anything posted after the deadline will not be considered. There will be no exceptions.

Winner Selection

Winner selection will be completely random unless otherwise stated.

Winner Notification

The manner in which you will be notified will be described in the initial giveaway post and is dependent upon the platform in which the giveaway is hosted.

Prize Forfeiture

Reasonable attempts will be made to notify giveaway winners. Winners will have 36 hours from the first notification to claim a prize or the prize will be forfeited. When 36 hours have lapsed, individuals will be notified that the prize was forfeited.

Taxes

You are responsible for determining if your prize is a taxable item. If your prize is taxable, you are required to pay the associated tax.

Prize Substitution

We or any sponsor will not substitute cash for a prize.

Publicity

We reserve the right to promote the names and/or social media handles of winners on the website and aforementioned social media platforms.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute as to the ownership of an entry, the person whose name appears on the entry form associated with the prize will be deemed the winner. We are not responsible if someone accesses your email and claims a prize on your behalf. Additional prizes will not be produced as a result of these situations.

Fraud or Technical issue

If we suspect that fraud has occurred within a giveaway or a technical issue occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the giveaway.
